Internet is not working from last 20 days

hi my internet is not working from last 20 days.i complaned10 times but nobody is responding there.sometimes the says we are very busy.but thats not the way to deal with costomer. i have lots of work related to internet i request u pls make my internet works as soon as they can.thanks

and they are saying that u have't recharge your card this month, i have proof of recharge
