I have an Airtel Data card & the problem is that the connection drops every few minutes. It is impossible to work on my laptop for more than 5 minutes. I have been complaing since 7th of August. There has been Zero response from Airtel.
They asked me to get my SIM replaced, I paid & got it replaced. There is still no improvement. I have them called up many many times including their Manager.
They have no concept of Custumer Service & have no clue of how to resolve issues.
And they also tell lies. They told me that there was a service call made by them to check the status which was hogwash. I had got NO call from them.
I have paid Rs 5000 for the card & pay a monthly rental when I am barely able to use it. And also the calls which I have to make every other day to Airtel to complain are not Toll Free.
I would like to get a full refund of the above charges & get rid of this card especially as I would not need to talk to their Customer services cell again.
Can anyone tell me how to sue Airtel??
