Beware of Airtel

Dear Sir,

I had taken Airtel data card internet connection on 11th of June vide connection no. 9717022135. At the time of connection I was assured that there will be 256 kbps speed but I found it is not more than between 1 kbps to 9 kbps sometimes less than 1 or 0. I contacted several times Airtel customer care executives but nothing has been done.

Now I am trying to connect but it is showing error I contacted again Airtel customer care executive and he told me that my connection has been barred due to negataive address verification. In the comment they mentioned that my home was found locked. They visited my home 3 times on different time slots.

In fact, no body has come to my home. My family members are always remains at my home. Airtel people were having my mobile number and I was not called even a single time. How can they say like this when no body has come to my home.

Airtel has charged Rs. 3000/- from me for data card and activation charges but now it seems that I have been cheated and I have lost Rs. 3000/-.

Please suggest how can I get back my amount Rs. 3000/-
