Urgent attention needed

Sir,
I have been registered with Paymate service of mobile Recharging with my Corporation Bank Account No.:- 013358. I had recharged my mobile before also but on 18th August I had send a sms to Recharge my mobile by Rs. 50 but a reply came back from Airtel that &-quot; service is not working currently please try again later."
Later on I have seen in my Bank statement 1 week ago that my Account was deducted by Rs. 50 on the same date. Then for this complain had called Customer Care at 121 one week ago but they did not responded properly. From then onwards I am calling Customer care daily but they do not have any record regarding this problem. Yesterday I went to Airtel Showroom in Vikas Marg but they said that this problem will be solved by Customer Care only. So now I have send u this e-mail to see my problem and either recharge my mobile by Rs. 50 or refund the amount in my Account.
I had talked to the manager of my Bank and he said that it is fault of Airtel server that they had accepted Rs. 50 without recharging. If this way you will deduct amount without recharging then no one is going to recharge. I am afraid if I would have rechrged with a big amount then too I would have to face this problem. Is this your service.
I hope you understand my problem and take some action against it. Or else if you can not do anything for this then I'll have to take some action.
