Broadband provided to wrong address without telephone verification

I have been receiving calls for payments for fixed broadband connection provided by airtel. The consumer to whom the broadband has been provided has given my number as their contact point. Inspite of providing & informing Airtel legal department & customer service that I do not possess any kind of broadband with Airtel & to properly have this record updated but till date this has not been resolved.
I have now started getting calls for making payments due on this connection.
I would request you to please have this sorted immediately as I believe this broadband person is misusing my number & may indulging in malpractices.
