HI, this is prashant gupta residing in east delhi. i had booked a airtel fixed line connection for my home. a person came my home and gave me receipt as a confirmation of my booking. the person who gave me receipt promised me that instruments will be installed within three days but after 10 days when i talked to airtel customer support they told me that service is not available in my area (but i was assured by the customer executive about the service) then after one week customer support told me that they will refund my money but i have got no response from airtel... they r making false claim since the 1st day...
