Respected sir,

My Airtel Landline no 0124 4272671 a/c no 12030901 has dsl

broad band connection and airtel has raised abill of 4127 for cycle

23/05/09 to 22/06/09 and DSL charges of Rs.3949 out of which 1 gb data

down load is free.

On complaining they have informed that because of modem is kept on the

DSL is charged wheras the computer is off how can such huge data can be

download. I have complained to the nodal officer but expect no positive

response. If your kind self kindly intervene and find out actually its

apilfirage or inflated bill because after this they will send the bill to

the goons who thereafter give extortion threats to which once me and my

family members have witnessed and I have arecord of the same by the same

organisation.
