Big Security Risk Airtel redirecting my home page

The security of my broadband continues to tampered by Airtel Bharti, which forcibly redirecting my home page to website of AIRTEL Bharti- (http://125.21.240.99/AWP/? url=http://www.google.com/). This redirecting my homepage is unlawful but till date despite numerous complaints since July Airtel have not rectified this deliberate breach of security. Is there anyone else who is facing this problem?
