WORST CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE

On my number (9910516673), VAS PACK activated wothout taking permission from me and Rs 50 deducted for same. I called customer number care number of times. But stupid customer care not answer the activation reason. Somtimes there system is down, somtime their software is down. My experience is that "No response from the customer care and harassing the customer".
