Unable to view top up

i recharged my account with rs100 and requested for top up espn plus for three months on 25th may.but till now i m unable to view top up i had requested so may time to airtel but no ruselt.complain refrence no is746455.i am missing t20 world cup.

now what should i do.

there is no responce from call center.
