Airtel Digital DTH
Despite paying advance, its not working

On 27th August I recharged my Airtel Digital DTH for 12 months, paying Rs.4200. I recieved intimation of recharge on my mobile thru sms. My connection started working after that.

since last 3 days it stopped working. I have sent 3 e mails to their customer care, called them atleast 5 times. every time I get a message that my connection has a negative balance of Rs 98. Its despite the fact that I have paid for one full year in advance.

It seems Airtel Digital DTH are the biggest cheats.
