Inferior Set Top Box and picture quality

I had bought Airtel Digital TV connection on 16th Dec paying Rs.3500. On 18th of Dec the Set top Box stopped working totally afetr one day of installation. Please help me get my money refunded from this company. The quality of their pictue is also of inferior quality as compared to tatasky. The customer care is pathetic. I had sent them a complaint mail and has still not got any reply after 48 hours. When I called them thay said that their turn around time is 7 days (too high) for technical support.
