My customer ID 3000254423 and STB ID: 32768472444

I have purchased this Set Top Box from a local vendor in T"nagar and after a great struggle the STB was installed about a week back. Now I am not getting any channels. My purchase / subscription is valid for one year. I get the remarks "RECHARGE YOUR ACCOUNT" on the TV. I am not able to understand / follow the instructions from the Customercare phone 1800 102 8080. I regret very much for having purchased this DTH. Can you possibly help me please? My phone No. is 044 24338939

Please depute your technical staff to attend to this situation. I am a senior citizen aged 75 and have developed mental tension after purchasing Airtel STB
