Wrong channels package

Hi,

My Name is Kiransankar Debnath and my customer ID no is 3000237219.

I am based at Chennai now. I took an Airtel digital TV connection on 11th of January by Paying 2500 for which subscription is free for six months.

I am facing issues with this connection now and I want immediate solution to this issues now.

On 11th January the Airtel people used a activation kit of Rs 1750 to activate my connection and I got a message from airtel saying that your account balance is 1750.After that I was asked to recharge my account with 100 rs Voucher on 12th January because the airtel people by mistake gave me South mega channels where as I opted for Mega channels (most Hindi Channels). Then I got a message from Airtel saying that my account balance is Rs 1850 on 12th January.

They also registered a service request to move my package from South mega to Mega channels. The Service Request no is 492251.

I called up the customer care several times to change my package change my package from south mega channels to mega channels .they said they will do it immediately. Now 15 days have passed but they are yet to correct the problem.

I was surprised yesterday when I got a message from Airtel saying that your account balance is -650 and recharge your account otherwise your account will be deactivated on 17th January.

I called up the customer care for several times and ring was going no body picked up the phone. once it was showing network busy.

I recharged my account with two Prepaid voucher or rs 100 each and one with Rs500 total of Rs 700 yesterday (15th January). Now the acoount balance is 50 only where as account balance should be 2500.

Now my question is that how come my balance became -650 in 5 days where as I have paid rs 2500 for six months and now asking me recharge my account otherwise my connection will be deactivated.

I called up the customer care several times to change my package change my package from south mega channels to mega channels.

I would suggest you to look into the matter and do the necessary action.

An early response in this regard will be highly appreciated.
