Fraud in Airtel-Samsung Digital TV Offe

I had purchased a Samsung 26' LCD TV in Kota under the “Samsung-Airtel offer scheme” where I am supposed to get a free Digital TV receiver with 5 months North Mega pack Neo sports pack.

I called for activation after receiving voucher on 14rd Feb, and talked to the executive "Abdul Subhani" and gave him my details. At that time, he was unable to give me service (airtel TV account) because their service was not available in my area (Kota 324005), but I was assured that I will get a call from Airtel and get the installation within 21 days. However, till today nobody contacted me from Airtel.

But when I saw their dealership today in town and I contacted them, they said "we do not have any information in our system and we can not do anything, offer date (20th Feb) is gone; goodbye". Well to me that is a fraud committed by Airtel.

I ask to these companies (Airtel), why do they waste our time in promotions like these where they do not want to actually deliver on it.
