Paid Money But Transfer it to other's A/C

We have Taken Airtel digital TV connection from TCH Hyderabad we paid Rs.- but by mistake airtel people credited our money in some other person's A/C and when we are asking to sort out this problem then there manger Ms.homine Daniel said that it will take 5 days to resolve our problem. Now if this kind of big brand is taken that much time resolve customer's problem then there is no meaning of buying airtel digital TV I am really fad up with there services and if they are not going to take any action as early as possible then I am ready to file a police complain Against Airtel.
