AIRTEL DIGITAL TV
System did not install after the purchase of 4 days

My name if Umed Patil. I purchased Airtel Digital TV from Indore's reknown firm "LOTUS". It was purchased by me on monday 22 June. It was still not installed at my place successfully. On 22nd June the Engineer installed the system but it did not worked. After that He went with the STB and promised me to come in tomorrow i.e. 23rd June. On 23rd June I talk to his boss Mr. Vinay Sahu who horribly told me that "Why should I get worried".

On today 24th June evening when I am posting this complaint my Airtel Digital TV still not installed at my home.

I want to take this in to notice of Shri Sunil Mittal to look in this matter. I was not alone in Indore to face this problem more many also. If this type of problems and careless system followed in airtel, we stop this company through bad mouth publicity.
