No services even after payment

My name is jai rajra.i recently installed the much hyped airtel digital tv.and i consider my decision as the worst decision ever made in my life. Even after making full payment made to them i am not getting any services from theie end.after calling customer care a number of times it just resulted in me having a sore throat due to the shouting and cursing that i had to subject them to and a bad headache.the customer care services is the worst ever.they are totally irresponsible and ignorant people.in short they are thief's, duping people and then acting innocent.

I would like to get a full refund from them and a written apology also.

I would also advice all future willing customers who want to avail their services not to do so. Instead they can opt for TATSKY.Which would be a way better option.
