No after Sale service

My Customer ID is 3000313995, i am not able to view the chanel from last 15 days in my Airtel digital TV. I have resistered the complain on 1st july there after I am regularly calling the customer care of Airtel. I also have a word with senior supervisor Mr. Sanjod and Mr. Narendra Kumar, they are making me a false promises that your complain will be resolved within 24 hrs but till date there is not remideal messure is taken form the side of airtel.

Further my prepaid account is debited by them without viewing the chanels

Airtel has no after sales service
