Dear Sir / Madam,

This is informing to you that I am the new customer of Airtel Digital TV. My registration details are following :-

Customer ID:- 3001082988

Installation Date:- 09-07

My Concern:-

I purchased this Digital TV from Gera Electronics Gurgaon on 08-07 with 3 months mega pack plus free installation of Rs - (Bill no. 9992) that’s why I purchase one card of Rs 1750/- of serial no. Serial no:- 0795 1626 6527 8556 & a voucher of Rs 250/- Voucher no:- 5252 1324 8847 4518 as dealer told me. Then I get installation of 09-07. And after two days of installation on 11-07 I received a massage from TA-DTH that Dear customer your account balance is in negative. Please recharge. I was not able to understand the same. I checked this on the net & found that my account balance is Rs -500/- I do not know that what was it? I call Customer care executive on 13-07 to know the same & executive told me that wrong package has been selected from our side & this package which you purchased is withdrawn by Airtel. I requested to the executive to change it immediately. He has raise a request for the same (Request no:- 836583) & give me the assurance that this problem will get resolved with in two days. & I got a massage from TA-DTH that this problem is resolved on 14-07 but in actual this problem was not resolve. Again I call to customer care executive on 15-07 although the redress of complaint time of Airtel is 48 hrs but they said this problem will get resolved on 16-07-09. I received I call from airtel that your services will not continue from tomorrow due to your account is in negative balance on the same day. On 17-07 again I received a massage from TA-DTH that your services are due for suspension tonight. Please recharge. Again I call customer care executive & tell her full concern she given me a new request no 848009 & told me that please recharge Rs 100/- immediately. And when in evening I talk again they said that you will get resolvation of problem till 22-07 & your services will not stop. but today my serveces has been disconnected.

Please look in this matter carefully.
