I bought a Samsug LCD on 06.07.2009 from Bharat Eletronics, Coimbatore. They gave me the offer of Airtel Digital TV, with 3 months subscription free. I am resding at No. 88/1, Carolina Road, Chandra Colony, Coonoor 643 102. Nilgiris District, Tamil Nadu. Despite request to the dealer of Samsung and to the Customer Care (tol free No. 18001028080, I am simply shuttled here and there and the DTH is yet to be installed. One of your represnetative from Ooty hasguided me well and gave me a mobile number of another representative at Coonoor. I tried to contact him, since yeserday, but in vain. His mobile is swithched off. The Samsung show room manager asked me to contact the said representatives.

Now, I want that this DTH is to be installed immediately. Plese arrange for it. And don't make me to feel for opting Airtel Digitel TV.
