Dear Sir/madam,

my name is jay shah and i am your customer having your airtel digital TV id 3000738288. i have just bought your digital tv 2 moths before and the universal remote is not working. i had also made a complain and engineer came and done something then he left but still my purpose not been resolved. i did complain for the second time but any of your engineer not yet come. i called them but the person name jigar gave me false promises with misbehavior. so i am just fed up with your system.so i hope now if u could do something for me.
