Dear sir,

i have purchased digital tv in january but i have problems as follows:

1) i was tols that the monthly rental will be Rs. 99/- but they are charging rs. 150/-. i have nevel upgraded my package or added channels but still i am paying rs. 150 per month.

2) the recharge vouchers are not generally available in the market as it is available for cell phone. therefore i switch for online payment option. but it is never responding and i am facing a big problem in registration and online payment.

3) moreover, i made a complaint directly to airtel digital tv and i have received an computer generated response and call from their call centre as well. but ultimately the problem is as it is.

3) an extreme turn today at 3:45 pm (07/08/09) i recieved a call from digital tv, asking me to recharge my account. i requested that why you are charging 150/- per month instead of rs. 99/-, they do not have rightful answer, i again told now pl convert my package to rs. 99/- per month, she still said they cant do any thing.

i am unnecessory paying rs. 51/- per month extra. and they are not willing fix it as per my requirement. online payment system is also pathatic and i have to search shops keosks for recharge voucher.
