I am Tarun Chopra writing from faridabad, haryana. I am a subscriber of AIRTEL DIGITAL TV.My Cust ID is 3001246240.From the very First day of Installation I have been facing problem in some channels, Like Pitcure gets hanged every few seconds. I registerd complaints Through mail & By Phone. But AIRTEL DTH is having such a poor & Worse Customer care DEptt, It's beyond my Imagination. I have been using Other AIRTEL products Like MObile Connection, I was expecting the same service In DTH also. That's why I purchased AIRTEL DTH.But facts are Totally Reverse:
1) AIRTEL Does not have good & Effctive Customer care DEptt to handle customer complains.
2) It's very Difficult to reach Customer care Through Phone.
3) You can't get timely response of your issues even after Registering complaints with customer care.
4) AIRTEL does not have sufficient team of Service Engineers Till, NOw.
5) Don't expect AIRTEL DTH service, Like AIRTEL Mobile service which is very Effective & Customer oriented
