POOR CUSTOMER CARE & SERVICE

I am Tarun Chopra writing from faridabad. I am having AIRTEL DTH Connection, My Cust ID is 3001246240.I got my connection on 5/8, From the very First day I have been experiencing video problem in many Channels. I mailed many times to AIRTEL Customer care, Also registered my complaint Telephonically. I also got complaint Numbers, But still Today till 24/8, This issue has not been resolved so far. My complaint Numbers are 954119 & 962344.Everytime I call to customer care, They are not able to give you the solution. AIRTEL service network in faridabad is very very poor. No Customer care service centres numbers are available in faridabad to resolve Technical issues. I was expecting the same satisfaction, We are getting in AIRTEL other services Like Mobile & Broadband, But Situation is such a worse in DTH, It's beyond Imagination. It's better to go for Other DTH services, rather Than AIRTEL DTH.

There is no care of customer complaints, Issues are not getting resolved on time.
