My id is 3000873167.

I have AIRTEL DIGITAL TV connection

.I got a free 3 mnths subscription. Now the free subscription is going to be over so I recharged it from a pacakege of Rs250.The consumr care department of your company is saying that we have to pay for previous 3 mnths also for the channels which are going to be add with this pacakege.

Its the first time i m seeing that a company is taking money on free subcription.the channels which were not added on previous time I have to pay for dat even.

Kindly help me on this and give me suitable sugesstion on my E-mail id.
