my subscription was meant for 12 months

under scheme of depositing 10 month subscription & benifit of 12 month extension

WHY i got extension upto 27-5-10 only for 10 months?

again as per advice of ur custumer care i deposited Rs200 on 30-8-09

my order no. 5003822

till date i have no information upto which date my subscription is available.

did i got the benifit of ur 10/12scheme... plz inform me abt plan given to me

the visit to airtel shop & contact with customer care could'nt yield any result...
