I am having a airtel big tv and on 06.09.09 have recharged with coupon whichwas comfirmed by Airtel digital tv.

Money has been debited but channels are not updating.

Calling at customer care and complint no given is 1028379 dtd 08.09.09, this is third complaint no given.
