Not able to view some of chanels

Dear sir,

I am Premal Lathiya

Digital TV Customer ID : 3000073102

Registered Mobile Number : 9426229987

I have added west-plus top up on 22 or 23/Sep.

I am not able to view some of chanels like ETV Gujarati, ETV Marathi from that.

I have complained on your customer executives on same day. They have given me resolution date 25/Sep.

I have called on that they told me that we have to take this complain again, and you may resolve your problem in some few days.

Now I want to refund my amount for same package as any cost. Note down both complain number as : 1103419, 1113315

I am last time requesting you that resolve it as soon as possible otherwise I have to complain for this at Some Consumer forum or some your high authority.
