Installation issue

I got the connection and registered with the customer care and was alloted CID 301523423 and was promised that the installation will be done on 25th of Sept. on 26th when the installation was not done i contacted Customer Care and was told that the same will be installed on 27th by 10A.M positively at 12.30 P.M. contacted them and my complaint was lodged and Comp. no. 1122489 was given and i was promised that the installation will be done by 5 p.m. 8.30 p.m. the same is still not installed and i am not getting any response from the Supervisor who is either out or too busy to talk to the small customers.

Please take up the matter and please enquire about the delay.
