Hi,

I have registered for a new airtel digital TV connection. The customer care executive told me that the engineer will call 30 min before and come on sunday 5.00 pm. But since i didnt receive any call from airtel, i called again on 5th oct 09 and they registered a complaint (no. 1168511) and the maximum resolution time given was 7th oct 09. But till now i didnt receive any call from airtel related to this (no engineer calls/ no customer support calls). I called customer care several times today and spend lot of time to explain to customer care executives, but before completing calls, most of the calls got terminated and nobody called back. One couple of calls which were successful, they told me to wait and when i asked about time frame, they said they cannot say that. When i asked about why this is not done, they said they dont know, it will be done, but cannot say time frame.

I am a customer of airtel for mobile, broadband personally and purchased two leased line for my company. The support used to be good for those devisions. But with digital TV i feel the customer support team's response / handline is very very bad.

Dunno where to excalate this since they are saying there is no escalation available further.
