AIRTEL DIGITAL TV
Set Top Box is dead and no service provided by Airtel for last two weeks

I purchased Airtel Digital TV in June. For last two weeks set top box is dead and i raised a complain in customer care they told me that they will send their technician with in 24 hours to rectify. Even after two weeks and making several call to the customer care no one has turned up to my house to rectify the problem as on today.
