AIRTEL DIGITAL TV
No response from service - System Down for 5 days

The Airtel Digital TV service centre is probably the most difficult place to reach. The customer support executives cannot be reached. After several attempts, if you do succeed in reaching them, they are unable to assign any engineers for service. My system is down for almost a week now. I have called several times, registered a complaint, sent them mails. But, there has been no response from them at all. There is a credit balance of almost Rs. 900 in my account. I also wish to get back my money and discontinue the service since I am missing out on everything that I wanted to see. This entire process has caused me servere stress, waste of time and money.

Kindly advice action.
