Re-installation of Digital TV

Dear Sir,

My customer ID is - 3001191947. I have been relocated from Chennai to Mumbai. The de-installlation at Chennai was carried out on 26th Sep'09 and the re-installation was slated to be carried out at Mumbai on 5th Oct'09 for which the service request number was 5577050. In this regard I have made at least 10 calls to the customer care and each time I was given a date and time during which the installation engineer would have reported to my address for carrying out the said installation. The other service requests are 1189658 & 1195088.

Till date the same has not been carried out. May I request the concerned people involved to do the same urgently!
