Dear Sir/Madam,

Sir I have taken a connection of Airtel digital TV on 22 Sept during which i had been promised

to give four months economy package worth rupees 1790.00.

Despite, of paying full amount of Rs. 1790.00, now my package's validity is till 21 Nov which means the package is expiring after 2 months.

After several request and visits to the service centre the employees are just neglecting my complaints and trying to veil on their mistakes.

So, Sir I am humbly requesting you to take a necessary action and help me in rendering the promised service.
