Non receival of connection inspite of Money Deduction from my bank account

Sir,

I have registered for an digital TV connection through your site www.airtel.in/digitaltv on 22 NOV at 6 pm. There was a TECHNICAL ERROR in your site while registering my connection but an amount of Rs.3850/- had been DEDUCTED from my bank account. After that, i received no communication from your side on the status of my connection. i also DID NOT receive my customer id number nor my mobile number could be registered in your database. So PLEASE try to my resolve my problem at your earliest.
