My digital tv adaptor not woking properly i was complaining last 15 days for exchange my adaptor, but ther is no response against my compalint and i was visiting in her office atlest 3 times but they avoiding daily.

dealer employes talking rudly and mis behaviour on phone . when i was asking from him owers contect no. they told me that i dont hav ower no. and told me that dont call me again agian.

please sloved my problem and take action fast .my complaint no. 1814058 on 21st jan and 2nd 23rd jan 1802924
