PROBLEM OCCURS IN SET UP BOX FREQUENTLY, COMPLAINT NOT HANDLED DESPITE OF MANY CALL PL. CHECK HISTORY OF LAST THREE MONTH

I have taken Air Tel digital TV connection in the month of july.

Customer I.D. is 3001204774.

-Now I am facing problem due to Air tel set up box not running properly from last two- three month . in this regards I also launched the complaint in the month of april -may and problem was remove after 15 days again the set up box is not working & camplained launched by phone on their customer care no- 18001028080 on dated 4/7, 6/7 & 7/7/2040 wide complained no-3213152, 3235016 & 3240033 but till now problem is not resolve.

this shows negelancy or bad after sales service.

pl. take this matter seriously and remove it.
