I am not satisfied with your customer care dth services

I am using airtel digital tv from past one year, now i have moved from ayanavaram to my relation house near perambur. month of april.

After reaching perambur i have contacted airtel customer care 5th of april for reinstalation.they have given me instalation date 6th of april 2pm i have waited for hole day no one came. till today i have contacted customer care no one came. i am calling from last 2weeks there is no response.

How they deducting amount until i am not using the services.
