Airtel DTH not installed

My name is Simpy Adwany. I have made payment for Airtel DTH on 09/07, online on Airtel website. After that I got a call from airtel on same day, that DTH will be installed on 10/07 and I got a customer ID 3004610428.

But it was not installed. No one came to install it. I call on customer care regarding this, they said DTH will be installed by 12/07. But it was not installed. I again call on customer care on 12/07, they said it will be installed on 13/07 morning, but again same thing, no one came to install it. I called them for this problem 7 to 8 times but problem was not resolved. Each time they said that will install it on next day. But no one came to install it. After getting irritated from them I said refund my money, but again same problem they do not want to refund my money. I paid them money immidiately but they are giving me new complain No. each and every time I call them. But not even a single complain is resolved by them. I again called them on 22/07 for refund my money but they are saying your complain is registered and it will be resolved by 24/07.

I think I have to go to consumer court for refund my money.
