Not a proper responce from Airtel Digital TV Customer support

We have Airtel Digital TV connection since last 1 year. Recently there was some signal problem from Airtel becuase of which our connection has been lost since last 5 days. We registered a complain on the second day itself on which problem started. Inspite of following up 5-6 times there was no response from Airtel and they even didn't send their support engineer to even look into the matter. I hope Consumer Court will look into this matter at their best possible way.

Complaint Number raised to Airtel support on 9th Mar: 5804318
Complaint Number raised to Airtel support on 11th Mar: 5821331
The complaint # 5804318 raised on 9th march was automatically closed though our issue is still open!!!
