Poor Customer Service

I have purchased a Airtel Digital and my consumer no is 3005070176. Last week i have contacted the customer care for registering a compliant saying voice output problem. I got a compliant number from airtel saying the problem will be resolved in a days time. But the call was closed on the same day saying that problem resolved without resolviing the issue. I was surprised and called the customer call and registered a complaiant again. Like same way all my compliants (total 5 complaints) was been closed without attending the problem.
