Airtel digital tv through vriti.com

I read the ad on internet of airtel digital tv and applied for new connection online on 19/10, within few minutes i got a call from Mr. manoj shah (01204087607) of vriti.com to make the payment online, which i did around 6:30 pm the same date.my transaction id no. 1741337. i was told that it would be installed by 4pm on 20/10/09. on 20th there was no call from airtel or vriti side. so i calledup mr. manoj at his no. which he didn't pick up. so searching onthe net i found few nos. and on repeated calling i was able to talk to mr. taufeeq who got my digital tv activated and asked me to call airtel CC toget the id Which i did.but till now (i.e. 20/10/09 5pm) i have not recieved the equipment and no one is picking up the phone either at vriti.com or airtel Customer care. plz someone help
