DTH services stopped due to wrong billing

My customer ID of Airtel Digital TV is 3000039360. I had logged a complain no 549254 regarding all my services has been blocked on Saturday 7th 12:30 AM. When I had called the customer care they told me that this has happened because of wrong billing on their behalf. It has been almost 63 hours since this complain has been logged but my services has not been restored as yet.
I have even written to their Nodal office but haven't received any response.
