Please find below the complaints lodged at consumer complaints.in on 27th Nov 09 against Worst service of Airtel please help me in this issue

Dear friends I too had the bad experience on Airtel Digital TV dish I too did not wish to have digital tv but it came as free offer from e-bay as diwali gift, One fine day i got a call saying we need to genarate the Customer ID to offer you the free gift they took all the infomation and even after 15 days nor i have received nothing if we call customer support they say to place the request through e-mail and after 48 hours i have not received i am hanging with the ID given by them i.e 3002225479 which is a waste.
