Take Rs.25.00 to Rs.30.00 extra on delivery

Dear sir,
several time i had written against mohanta indane in this side but neither reply nor action taken by him. My issue is that Mohanta Indane, Barbil, Keonjhar, 758035 take Rs.25.00 to Rs.30.00 extra in the time of home delivery. It is not fair. Sir please look after this matter.
