Abnormal delay in delivery of gas

The Gas supply is delayed and only after 21 days booking should be done i did then also after ten days still the supply is not been done we customers are helpless is their any way to get our gas in time even after the govt. Statement that their is no such rule of 21 days to wait but the agencies are brutal to the customers by saying that they will act as they like .what is actuall solution the corporation is doing to get the customers satisfied please do help us to get what we need in time
