Airtel/DTH
No Installation

Dear Sir,

I have purchased a LCD TV from authorised dealer of comapny from Jalandhar (Punajb), and i have got free airtel DTH along with it. Dealer have told me that after calling airtel DTH customer care they will install the same in 24 hours. But all the time airtel DTH customer care gives me a new date and a new time. I am very upset and feels that i am got chaeted from the airtel dth.

my customer ID is 3000306145.

Kindly look in to the matter and take a propmt action to avoide any inconveince to any customer in future.
