Dear Sir,
I am customer of Airtel Digital TV, my customer ID No is 3000245208, and due to some problem My Digicom is unable to receive signal since about 15.15 Hrs on 15.05.2009. I lodged my complaint on 15.05.2009 at about 19.15 hrs to your Customer Support. My Service Request No is 705043.
1. As counting of votes of parliamentary elections was to be done on 16.05. I specially requested to attend my request on priority. Technical Assistant who was on duty told me that Slot of 11.00-11.30 hrs on 16.05.2009 has been allotted to me & I will get confirmation from Service Engineer at 10.30 hrs.
2. I did not get any message / response up to 12.30 hrs on 16th May; I again contacted Customer Support at 12.30 hrs. I was told that as per records no slot was allotted earlier. I requested him to attend my complaint on priority. After several request he intimated me the new slot between 6.00-6.30 hrs on 16th May.
3. No one finally turned up on 16th. & I did not get any message
4. I again contacted Customer Support at 22.10 hrs on 16th. Mr Uday, Customer Care Executive repeated the same version i.e. till 16th night slot is has not been allotted. as per records. I requested to connect me to the Flr Supervisor. Very reluctantly & after long persuasion he connected to one Mr Krishna who talked to me for about 10 minutes and finally he allotted new slot between 12.00-12.30 hrs on 17ht May. He told me that your complaint will be attended tomorrow 100 % and if not then you call back tomorrow and ask the customer care executive to connect to ham i.e. Mr. Krishna.
5. Upto 15.00 on 17th May hrs I did not get any response. I again contacted Customer Support at about 15.15 hrs on 17th. I have informed to the Customer Care Executive on duty that no one has visited me in the allotted slot i.e. 12.00-12.30 hrs on 17ht May. Once again he offered me to allot a new Service Request No for the reason that earlier records don’t have any meaning which I did not agree and I requested him to connect me Mr Krishna he told me that there is no any person named Mr Krishna.
6. I requested to connect me to his Flr Supervisor. Again very reluctantly he connected to one Mr Stainlee Khandwali. He discussed my problem for about good 15 minutes & after long persuasion he managed to allot me new slot of 18.00-19.00 on 17thMay.
7. Once again no body has turned up to attend my complain up to 18.05.2009 i.e. about after 63 hours of lodging complain.
