Complaint of Set top box not recieving signal not being addressed for more than three days and number of calls

Got Airtel DTH installed on 11th of August 09. The set top box installed is not recieving signal since 4 days. Filed a complaint with Airtel Digital TV Customer Care on 8th Septemeber 09 and was told that my complaint would be resolved on 9th september 09 by 1:30 pm. Leave aside complaint getting resolved, no body even called me. Complaint number was 1028366 registered on 8th september 09. Repeated complaint call on 10 september in morning after waiting whole of previous day and was told that complaint would be rectified by evening. Again no one even called up leave aside resolving complaint. In the evening i told them to disconnect it and refund my money but they requested for one more chance. Told me that it would be resolved on 11september 09 by 10 am. Again no one called up. At around 12 noon i called their customer care to get it disconnected and refund my money and they had the audacity to tell me that connection would be disconnected but money would not be refunded. When i said i would go to consumer forum they said you may go whereever you want but policy says money would not be refunded hence we would never refund money. I demand compensation of 1 lacs as they disturbed my peace, entertainment and knowledge. Also they should get the problem rectified. Also i had to make repeated calls which go to their customer care (call centre) and every time i had to wait for full 5-10 minutes before their representative could answer my call.
